We will be making and canning apple jelly by straining the juice and make apple butter from the pulp and add a little cinnamon.

We can turn the hot jars of jelly upside down on a cloth. As they cool, they will seal themselves. If any doesn't seal, just put them in the refrigerator & use them first. Other methods will also be discussed and tried.

All necessary materials will be provided. Donations will be accepted.
