DESCRIPTION:For the month of May\, Faith Lutheran’s Greatest Gift Project
  (tangible goods drive) will support the South Chico Community Assistance
  Center (SCCAC): a local\, all-volunteer nonprofit providing essential foo
 d and supplies to neighbors in need. SCCAC runs a full-choice food pantry 
 on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month\, serving more than 7\,000 peo
 ple each year. More than just groceries\, the pantry offers dignity\, supp
 ort\, and stability during times of hardship. One guest shared: “Right 
 now\, I don’t have any income for food\, so this is putting food on the 
 table.”\n \nWhat We’re Collecting:\n\nCereal\nCanned fruit\nPeanut bu
 tter\nJelly\nSoup\nCanned chicken\n\nFrom May 1-May 31\, you can bring the
 se items to Faith and place them in the manger in the sanctuary\, or\, you
  can drop off your items Monday-Friday from 10am-12pm/1pm-4:30pm at the ma
 in office. Your gift—whether one item or many—helps feed a neighbor\, 
 ease a burden\, and offer hope.
