JOYS is back! This season, we will be reading and discussing The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid by Bill Bryson. It is a lighthearted story of Bill Bryson growing up where he recounts his childhood and the many quirky and unique experiences of growing up in the 1950s and early 1960s in Des Moines, Iowa. Meetings will be the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month and all seniors are welcome!
