In April, the Greatest Gift Project will be collecting supplies to make hospital care kits for the Wings of Eagles. The Wings of Eagles’ offers both financial and emotional support to families in Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Tehama, Sutter and Yuba counties who have children with cancer or life-threatening illnesses. One of the items they provide are hospital care kits,  canvas bags full of practical items that families will need if they are staying in hotels or other lodging facilities near to their hospitalized child.  Faith Lutheran will be collecting these items during the month of April and assembling the kits after our evening worship on May 3rd.  Many items can be purchased inexpensively at the dollar stores.
