Blessing of the Animals

Bring your animals, great and small, wise and wonderful, to be blessed in the tradition of St. Francis! Before service, animals will be blessed in the courtyard. If you feel your animal can remain calm in the sanctuary, you are encouraged to parade your animal in with the opening procession. You can then stay for the entire service with your animal, or take them outside as needed. Stuffed animals welcome! Please bring your pets at 9:00 a.m.
