Holiday Giving Tree

Faith Lutheran Church's Giving Tree is up in the narthex! The tree is adorned with ornaments, each ornament containing information about ways you can give this Christmas. Some examples of gifts include support for students in the Chico Unified School District as well as for residents of the Genesis pallet shelter; honeybee starters for farms abroad; and warm clothing to help people through the winter. These are only a few examples, so make sure to check out the tree next time you're on campus to see what else can be gifted!

A tip for ornaments with "family" tags: we are asking folks to adopt an entire family on specified “family" tags to ensure gifts for kids will be equitable. It is not necessary to buy all items…simply purchase 1 or 2 per person. A tip to help keep that cost down would be to split the cost with another Faith family, friends or neighbors!

Please pull your tag off the tree and attach it to whatever gift you are giving. If it is a financial gift, the tag can go with the envelope. For physical gifts that need to be bought, you can return the tag with your gift and place the gift in the bin near the tree in the narthex.
