Drama is often present when we don’t realize it. In fact, dissatisfaction at work, home, or church can often derive from dynamics at those places that undermine all the positive culture and projects we engage in together. This course simply describes our base line operating systems and how we can inadvertently be focused on problems when in fact we are better off focusing on outcomes.
